COMPLAINTS PROCESS
1. Complainant is asked to describe complaint and provide relevant content URLs in email to us at info@raisawetsx.com.
2. Complaint is formally registered with RaisaWetsX.com owners. Relevant staff (performer, admins) and 3rd parties (banks, legal etc) are notified.
3. Relevant staff investigate and consult with RaisaWetsX.com owners and 3rd parties. Remedy to complaint is discussed and agreed with all.
4. Agreed remedy is notified to complainant and all 3rd parties within 7 business days of receipt of complaint. Complainant may appeal the decision within the following 24 hours, whereupon steps 3 & 4 are repeated but led by a 3rd party.
5. In accordance with any remedy agreed, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed as soon as possible. All are notified again upon remedy completion.
